💰 Cost: £15 for up to 2 Dogs - Private Hire = 40 Minutes of Fun

The booking is open for up to a maximum of 4 dogs, additional dogs are an extra £5 each. Pawseidon do request that all dogs are known to each other before booking a session

Terms and Conditions

We hope that you and your dog (s) enjoy your time at ‘Pawseidon’s Indoor Soft Play’ but to ensure the safety of yourself and your dog (s) and other users, the following must be adhered to at all times.

Please make sure that your dog has been to the toilet prior to entering the soft play area.

If you are helping your 'furry friend' through the soft play, please remove your shoes when standing on any equipment.

Pawseidon cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injury, incidents or losses whilst using the soft play area. The area is used completely at your own risk. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer upon entry to the soft play area.

• Our appointments are designed so that there is no/minimal contact between anyone using the soft play. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your session.

• Please be aware that we are also a rehabilitation centre, so please be vilgilant when you arrive if there are other dogs that are entering the hydrotherapy centre as they may be pre or post surgery.

• If you arrive and another client is still leaving/putting dog(s) into a car please show courtesy and safety by waiting in your car for them to leave as the client may need space to handle a reactive dog safely and calmly.

• Please keep your dog(s) on lead until safely locked in the soft play and on lead before you exit.

• Maximum of 2 cars per park and please park in front of the training centre.

• Any children must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to climb on the soft play.

• Dogs must not be attached to any structures or left unattended.

• All dog mess must be picked up, we provide bags and a bin on site (outside the main entrance) to ensure the soft play remains as clean as possible.

• Please do not allow your dog to dig at the soft play, any damage caused will be charged at a standard fee of £50.00.

• Refreshments are available for the ‘pawrents’ to have, but can we ask that you kindly leave the area as you found it.

• We do suggest that if you are booking, the dogs must be known to each other so that they are comfortable in each other’s company. If you want an area to socialise dogs that have not met, please contact us to arrange a 1 – 2 – 1 session.

• Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within a 24 hour period of your allocated time. You may be able to re-schedule your booking outside of the 24 hour period, please email hello@pk9t.co.uk for more information.​

The Terms and Conditions are set out to protect owner’s and their dogs and so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable visit to the indoor soft play without worrying about your dogs getting hurt, stolen, lost, fighting or coming to any harm with other dogs, etc. 

NOTE: If any of our Terms and Conditions are broken you may be asked to leave the soft play immediately with NO refund and barred from future visits to the soft play.
